Oklahoma’s home prices rose last year as the state bucked the national trend of falling prices.
The average sale price for existing homes in Oklahoma rose 4.24 percent compared with 2006, from $143,669 to $149,758, the Oklahoma Association of Realtors said during the association’s annual membership meeting. The Realtors will trumpet that fact in coming weeks with a multimedia ad campaign dubbed “Good Thing You’re in Oklahoma”. |
